Team plans, a deck drawing board, a full concrete estimator and more than a dozen other improvements.
Deck drawing board
Draw your deck's real shape (L-shapes, bays, wrap-arounds) by tapping the corners and typing each side's length. BOB prices joists, bearers, stumps and decking from the actual shape, not a rectangle. Mark which sides meet the house and which are open, and balustrade and fascia are priced to match.
Concrete estimator
Full job pricing for garage slabs, footings and waffle pod slabs: mesh, bar, formwork, pump hire and finishing.

Save any Custom Estimate as a template and start your next similar job in one tap. Six ready-made starters are included: Bedroom refresh, Bathroom + Laundry, Kitchen renovation, Deck + Retaining wall, Plaster patch and paint, and a Handyman repairs list.
Kitchen and laundry expansion
Cabinetry by the unit, benchtops priced the way fabricators quote, appliances and circuits, and PC items.
Quick-fill from room size
Enter a room's length, width and height once, and BOB fills in floor area, wall area (less doors and windows), ceiling, skirting and cornice for you.
More decking materials
Jarrah, Ironbark, treated pine and more composite brands. New sub-floor options include LVL, steel and aluminium frames, adjustable piers and pedestals. BOB suggests the right system for low decks close to the ground.

BOB's default prices have been checked against current supplier prices. Your own rates are never changed.

Add your name, mobile, email and licence or ABN once. They print on your PDF quotes and sign off every email you send to clients.
