About Us
Practical, no-nonsense digital tools for the building and construction industry.
Built by people who know life on the tools.
Lempars Creations is an independent software and app development studio focused on building practical, no-nonsense digital tools for the building and construction industry. We design our products from the ground up — by people who understand what life on the tools actually looks like.
Our products are built to be simple, reliable, and genuinely useful in the real world — not just impressive on a spec sheet.

Josh Parsons
Carpenter · Registered Builder · Founder of Parsons Custom Carpentry
Lempars Creations is operated by Josh Parsons, a working carpenter and registered builder based in Victoria, Australia, with over 15 years of hands-on experience across residential construction and custom carpentry. Josh runs his own business, Parsons Custom Carpentry.
The frustrations of quoting, estimating, and running a small trade business first-hand are exactly what drove the creation of BOB The Estimator.
The goal is simple: build tools that actually solve real problems for real tradies.
Where the passion is
Josh's real love is fine detail, custom timber work — the jobs where craftsmanship shows.
- Fine detail custom timber work
- Timber benchtops
- Timber slabs
- Custom made doors
